Hotel Monasterio San Pedro

The location is fantastic, and the courtyard is beautiful. Staff very friendly, restaurant serves good food, and the hotel can store your luggage securely while you are away for days for a tour to the Amazon or the Inca trail.

The lighting in the room was dim and the lampshades dusty. The furniture and bathroom looked to have a bit of age.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. Great location for walking the city. We loved getting massages at the spa after a long day of walking the city.

The pillows were a little too firm.

A noite escuta os apitos do trem. E o quarto poderia ser mais confortável e apresentou no primeiro dia um cheiro desagradavel ( esgoto) depois passou.....

Las camas son muy cómodas. El personal muy amable, sobre todos los del restaurante. Hay happy hour. Buena ubicación.

El baño es un poco antiguo y no hay ascensor, pero son muy amables y nos ayudaron a subir y bajar maletas.

I recently stayed at Monasterio, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel is filled with history, and everywhere we went we could appreciate the beautiful architecture and cultural heritage that make this property so unique. Its location is excellent, situated across from the market and within easy walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore Cusco. The atmosphere was elegant, comfortable, and truly memorable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and felt welcomed throughout my visit. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.

I did not love our first room, it was a bit small and far travelling with a child and a couple of bags. But the staff was amazing. when we returned the room they gave us was STUNNING on the first floor and very convenient!

I didn’t get the room I was expecting from booking. There was NO window and it felt like a prison cell, I get claustrophobic so slept with the door open. My booking said garden view/ courtyard view with pictures of rooms with windows. It was my last night in Cuzco and thought this place was going to be wonderful but it was very disappointing . The first night they changed my room and that was great, as I’d hoped for but the second night they moved me back to a room with no window. They should tell you on the booking if this is the case and I wouldn’t have bothered .
