The Fairmont Washington DC

Room is roomy; hotel staffs are very polite; location is great for our stay.

1. After checking in, we found a box of ink in our room (most likely left behind by previous hotel guests). Hotel should have checked the room before our stay. 2. The bathroom door cannot be locked though it did nor really affect our stay. We did report to hotel when check out, so it can be taken care of for the next guest. 3. Room fridge is full with drinks; cannot put our fruit or water in at all. It will be best if it can be arranged to be half packed so guest can use it also.

Staff was very nice and very dog friendly without a pet fee!! Location was perfect!

Gym was fab. Rooms were perfect size. Location excellent. Lunch at property was really good.

No water in the room.

The swimming pool facilities is very poor and very untidy but the rooms director manager Ian explained to us that it was separate from the hotel and it was sorting out with the swimming pool staff and employees

The first night stay, we had some issues with the room apart from that it was brilliant

beautiful lobby, comfortable beds, very clean

price of a drink at the bar was ridiculous
