The staff is amazing, the owner was so nice (we checked out at 6am and she offered a ride to city no charge so that we won’t walk in the dark!), the food in the restaurant is really good and the outdoor area is really nice

Hard bed, low water pressure

We had not booked our stay in Pai and this was one of the only places still available. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lots of space to park and a big garden.

Noisy and very little sound proofing, but you have to expect drunk people coming in at all hours of the night in Pai. There were also a lot of bugs coming into the bathroom.

To get out of there

One of the employees was staying in the room next to me, and she was drunk fighting with her bf, slumming doors and shouting, I didn't sleep all night. All the area of the room was full of garbage and empty bottles. Other guests have been telling me it happens every night. In the day time there is a construction site just next to, expanding the rooms. It was a nightmare. Don't go there. Seriously. That was a horrible experience.

Fine for what I paid.Distancr from town made hiring motor bike necessary. Beware the taxi drivers' mafia at bus station, walk 200 yards to marketplace and find transport there.
