Please note that for a payment by credit card there is an extra fee of 4%. The interior of Riad Shanima & Spa in Marrakech is nonsmoking, the smoking area is on the terrace. The Hotel does not accept Moroccan couples without a marriage certificate. The exchange rate of 1 Euro = 11 Dirhams We inform you that it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to have meals delivered or to bring meals from outside the Riad. * Any damaged item must be refunded. * The same applies to indelible stains on bed or bathroom linen (henna, make-up, shoe polish, etc.). The cost of dyeing or replacement will be required. * Access to the pool and jacuzzi is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. For our LOVED customers: If you would like your Boarding Pass printed, please let us know at least 24 hours before your departure. The Copy can only be made during the opening of the office (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
