The Hotel does not accept Moroccan couples without a marriage certificate. The exchange rate of 1 Euro = 11 Dirhams We inform you that it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to have meals delivered or to bring meals from outside the Riad. * Any damaged item must be refunded. * The same applies to indelible stains on bed or bathroom linen (henna, make-up, shoe polish, etc.). The cost of dyeing or replacement will be required. * Access to the pool and jacuzzi is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. For our LOVED customers: If you would like your Boarding Pass printed, please let us know at least 24 hours before your departure. The Copy can only be made during the opening of the office (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Le petit déjeuner La piscine Les massages

Mauvaise organisation pour les repas par rapport au ramadan si vous voulez prendre l'apéro difficile à cibler l'horaire car le personnel mange à 18h30 19h30 et la cuisinière finit à 20h30. Il faisait froid et le jacuzzi étant sur le toit en plein air. A part le couscous qui est très bon les autres plats sont pas terribles et attention lors du paiement de tout ce que vous avez consommé si vous payez en cb ils ajoutent à la facture TTC 3% cela sent l'arnaque car indiqué nul part.

L amabilité du personnel au petit soin, le calme, les ptits dej faits maison, la propreté de l établissement , le deco , la Piscine chauffée , la possibilité d avoir les massages et le hamman sur place , l emplacement à 15 min à pied des souks et de la place, l organisation des visites avec l adorable guide Hicham …

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Location ist sehr gut. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Die Betten waren ein bisschen hart für mein Geschmack, aber ich konnte trotzdem gut schlafen.

Le petit déjeuner Le personnel +++ L’emplacement La décoration Le jacuzzi en extérieur

La chambre au rez de chaussée qui ne devrait pas être une chambre car très mal insonorisé et aucune fenêtre ne donnant sur l’extérieur. Nous étions réveillé par le téléphone de l’accueil presque tous les matins et le soir par la sonnette de la porte d’entrée.
