The Hotel does not accept Moroccan couples without a marriage certificate. The exchange rate of 1 Euro = 11 Dirhams We inform you that it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to have meals delivered or to bring meals from outside the Riad. * Any damaged item must be refunded. * The same applies to indelible stains on bed or bathroom linen (henna, make-up, shoe polish, etc.). The cost of dyeing or replacement will be required. * Access to the pool and jacuzzi is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. For our LOVED customers: If you would like your Boarding Pass printed, please let us know at least 24 hours before your departure. The Copy can only be made during the opening of the office (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. El Riad nos encantó. La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la medina pero sin estar dentro , en 3 minutos andando estás en la medina. El personal la verdad que se portó fenomenal , Adil y Jalil fueron cercanos y con un trato muy bueno. Nos dejaron quedarnos más tarde en el Riad ya que teníamos el vuelo por la tarde y nos dejaron estar un rato más en el Riad para descansar. En general muy contentos con el Riad y con todos sus servicios .

La proximité de tout Le personnel très très agréable, serviable et très très gentil La propreté Le repas que nous avons fait un soir à l’hôtel très très copieux mais si bon

Les excursions avec l’hôtel sont peut être à revoir Mais je pense que c’est partout pareil….

Un excellent accueil de tout le personnel, charmants et aux petits soins. Le Riad est très joli

Un petit manque de charme dans les chambres, assez neutres. Petit bémol sur la forte lumière émise par l’écran digital de la Clim, mais c’est un ressenti personnel.

"Die Lage des Riad war perfekt zu Fuß alles super erreichbar. Der Riad selbst wunderschön und sehr sauber .Personal außer"

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich nett und zuvorkommend Frühstück sehr gut auch die Dachtetasse war super und ruhig

Die Pediküre hätte ich mir besser gewünscht und der Massageraum war sehr klein und sehr sporadisch eingerichtet

Sehr liebevolles Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, das unermüdlich im Einsatz ist. Gute , zentrale Lage!

Im Zimmer ist es etwas laut. Man hört viele Geräusche die sich unten abspielen, also dort wo das Zentrum des Riads ist. Man bekommt keinen Zimmerschlüssel für die Eingangstür, was zur Folge hat, dass immer geklingelt werden muss. Auch das hört man im Zimmer..
