They have banquet s on 2nd floor beside the rooms, which they shud not use at night, as a group was having some cocktail party and it was noisy

Nothing ,

Had a conformation booking, but when I turn up , late at night , gates were closed . Not a hotel , made a phone call , then was told , there was no booking and we didn’t have any rooms available. Left me stranded at 1am to find another place
