Room was neat and they even provided toilet paper and basic amenities. Food was good although expensive the quality was good. Biryani was double the price of how much it should be. Rs 600 for one chicken biryani with 3 small pieces of chicken. They did provided iron on request. Their tea was really good. Breakfast options are limited but good parathas. Restaurant staff were accommodative and even made puri for us on one occasion for a change from the normal breakfast.

Lot of flys and mosquitos in the hotel and the room and even on the food, very annoying and irritating. Pest control needs to be done. Staff was cold and loud and also untrained. They need some good training and one lady staff yells a lot who does morning shift in the reception also seemed very self righteous and arrogant. Other staff is okay. A male reception staff caused a lot of confusion and chaos. After receiving full payment for the room without even checking, said the payment had not come through although it had. Another staff managed this situation after a lot of chaos and tension by simply taking out the printout as a proof. Except for *one managerial staff all need training and etiquettes in handling guests.* They have right to lie and be careless about such important issue regarding accounts and payments. Night reception staff was better. Also they din't give extra bed as promised, they gave a MATTRESS ON THE FLOOR WITHOUT A COT AND EXPECTED ONE OF US TO SLEEP ON IT. THAT WAS DODGY AS IT WASN'T PUBLISHED THAT THEY WILL GIVE NOT EXTRA BED BUT ONLY A MATTRESS. VERY UNETHICAL!!!
