The hotel offers complementary transportation to Terminal 2, leaving the hotel every hour on the hour, this service is subject to availability and must be reserved in advance at the time of your arrival, (the hotel does not have transportation from Terminal 2 to the hotel but, the airport offers free transportation between terminal by skytrain from 5:00am until 11:00 pm) A deposit may be required at the property.

Ubicación e instalaciones muy bien. Check in y check out muy agiles. Personal muy amable.

Se escucha mucho ruido en los cuartos, se escucha lo que está hablando y haciendo los del cuarto de al lado. Y gente hablando muy fuerte en el pasillo a toda hora. No se puede descansar así.

"Location is extremely convenient"

"Conveniencia por ubicación, deficiencias en los detalles"

La ubicación es perfecta, la infraestructura general esta muy bien, cama muy cómoda para dormir. lo necesario para cuando solo tienes 5 horas para descansar entre vuelos.

Nos asignaron una habitación con una gran gotera a la entrada, se siente el ambiente y olor a humedad. Había frascos de amenities básicos desocupados (crema)
