The hotel offers complementary transportation to Terminal 2, leaving the hotel every hour on the hour, this service is subject to availability and must be reserved in advance at the time of your arrival, (the hotel does not have transportation from Terminal 2 to the hotel but, the airport offers free transportation between terminal by skytrain from 5:00am until 11:00 pm) A deposit may be required at the property.

"改修工事で入り口が非常に分かりずらく、工事音も時々聞こえた環境でコスパから言えばよくなかった。"

HILTONのレベルでみればNG

サッカーワールドカップ前で空港の中の改修作業が行われていて、AI等で事前に確認していた案内ではホテルへ経路はわかりやすく記述されていたが、実際はホテルのエントランス部分のピロットの部分は改修工事中で覆われていて、入口表示が見つけられず、T1のHOTELの表示案内で進んだが迷い、空港職員等３人に聞いてやっと簡易的な入口が見つかり、エレベータが奥にあり、ホテルのフロントへたどり着くことができた。
