Voor het geld dat je betaald verwacht je net even wat meer. Er was geen zeep en shampoo beschikbaar, geen vuilniszakken, onvoldoende kookgerei en het bestek was vies. Kamer is ook zeer gehorig, elke dag wakker geworden van gesprekken op de gang of voetstappen in het appartement boven ons.

Good, quiet location, near old town and beach, spacious room, clean and well equipped. The owners are very helpfull, helped to arrange pickup from airport, at the arrival showed around the place, and talked about places to visit in Split and nearby.

La gentilezza del proprietario che ci ha accolto ed è stato super ospitale, la pulizia, la vicinanza al centro storico. C erano anche una birra e dell acqua ad accoglierci in frigo, oltre a cialde per la mattina.

Si trova al piano terra parzialmente seminterrato quindi con molta poca luce naturale e l' illuminazione artificiale con luce bianca e fredda. Per questo per noi è stato ottimo per una notte di passaggio ma non avremmo voluto trattenerci per un intero soggiorno.

Crockery/cutlery needs updating a mix match of bits and pieces, but not a big deal really. You wouldnt be making much meals there. The "balcony" was tiny inner courtyard to share with neighbouring room only had 2 chairs. So no one would use it.

Location. Nice bathroom. Nice to have the kitchen separate from the bedroom. There was 1 beer and 1 diet coke in the fridge on arrival.

We had the ground apartment nearest the front entrance and it was very noisy and also beside a restaurant. We had a shared balcony which l wouldn't recommend. The smokers had ashtrays full of butts on our side. It's nice to have a balcony but not to share with smokers if you're a non-smoker. I had to clean the drawers in the bedroom when l arrived as there were crumbs and hairs in drawers and l didn't want to leave down my stuff unless it was clean. Also we'd no tea towels when we arrived but we got one four days later..People were loud entering the apartment at night. Definitely not a relaxing holiday. Also staff said they would come to clean on Wednesday but they came at 3.30pm and we had returned to the apartment so no sweep of the floor etc. I would strongly recommend a brush is included if this is the case. Not clear where to leave the keys on the last day.
