To be honest, I’m not really one for travelling, so I haven’t stayed in many hotels, but this is the best one I’ve ever stayed in. It has its own unique style, which shows that the owners are book lovers. Many thanks to the owners for an unforgettable experience.

These are some of the friendliest loveliest hosts you could hope for. Both the guesthouse owners and Phoenix who runs a restaurant through the guesthouse are absolutely perfect hosts. Food is great both at the guesthouse and for Phoenix's events. They were fully booked for Sunday dinner but managed to squeeze us in and we're glad they did. I cannot recommend this place enough. We even got handmade toiletry tins with shampoo, conditioner and soaps.

Parking is limited but there is a car park very close by. We struggled a bit with parking but the hosts offered to move their car and also sorted with guests for us to park behind them because they didn't need to move.

A fabulous little guest house. A lovely welcome , felt like staying with friends! The place was immaculate and facilities perfect. Breakfast was 5 star, with all individual needs catered for and nothing was too much trouble. Would totally recommend to any vegans or thinking about being vegans! Thankyou.

Everything was lovely from the owners, food and rooms. Exactly what you want from a seaside b and b. Great location and highly recommend using catering partner Phoenix Moon who runs all good things vegan. Her Sunday roasts and afternoon tea was awesone.
