I was scared because of the safety facilities and stuff. Everything was broken in the room. WiFi wasn’t working. So horrible experience

It was close to the airport and quick to reach when you arrive late.

We were looking for a place to stay for one night since our flight was arriving around midnight, and we wanted to rest in a bed for about 8 hours after a long journey. Before our trip, we had contacted the property owner, and although there was a bit of a language barrier, we initially felt reassured. However, the communication dragged on, and several unprofessional incidents occurred. When we arrived, we informed the hotel that we had landed, as they had offered to pick us up. Unlike other pickup services, our driver was apparently not allowed to enter the designated pickup area. We still don’t know if it was because he was driving a tuk-tuk or for some other reason. In any case, we had to leave the airport grounds to meet our driver, who then took us to the hotel. He was friendly, though. However, things took a turn for the worse when we arrived at the hotel. The initial positive impression from the exterior was quickly overshadowed by the excessively dirty rooms! It's almost not worth mentioning the cobwebs and dust in the corners, as they seemed to be permanent residents of the room. If you enjoy spiders and other creepy crawlies, you’ll be thrilled to encounter cockroaches larger than those in Australia! The beds offered a free hair-peeling service from previous guests and had large, deep-set stains that couldn’t be cleaned—probably because there were no bed sheets at all! We were kindly offered a different room, which unfortunately wasn’t much better, aside from the air conditioning. If unhygienic bathrooms with razors left in the corners and cut-up beer cans are your thing, then this place will be paradise for you. Additionally, frequent power outages meant that it took a lot longer to fall asleep. Since the Wi-Fi signal only reached about 2 meters from the source, we asked the hotel if they could organize a driver for us to go to Ella, with several sightseeing stops along the way.

So, as soon as we arrived, they tried to sell us the reserved room at a higher price. But we defended the price offered by Booking. The room, as it turned out, was on the third floor and the wi-fi did not reach there. And we asked to change our room to one with wi-fi. They agreed to change our room to one on the second floor, but again began to ask for more money. The wi-fi worked poorly. And the third time the manager came to us in the evening and also began to demand payment for the room, although we had already paid for it. There was a strange situation when I said that I had already paid and pointed to the employee to whom I gave the money, and the manager said that he had not received the money. Also, the toilet simply did not flush anything, there was almost no light in the bathroom and you have to wash in the semi-darkness. By the way, my reservation was cancelled, as if I had not checked into the hotel, so that I simply could not leave a review

I liked the location close to the airport, the staff were nice.

Everything was dirty, I asked for pillows and blanket or something like that and I got disgusting, dirty and smelly pillows and also dirty and smelly towel! They gave us towel 😂 the towel which was there for bathroom also was dirty. There wasn’t warm water, bathroom stank. The owner was a bit shady, he asked us if we could cancel our reservation in the app and then he would get a discount and so would we, I did not agree and despite my objection he canceled the reservation anyway.
