Localização excelente. A poucos metros da Plaza de Armas (centro histórico). Funcionários muito prestativos e educados. Café da manhã muito bom, ambiente limpo e cama macia.

El desayuno es básico, además consulte por un late check out de 1 hora y la persona de recepción me respondió de mala manera (hay formas de decir las cosas )

Very clean and hot shower

Very cold and open room. Therefore you hear everything

Nice spacious room and bathroom, recently renovated, nicely decorated room. Close to the main square (3 blocks). Great shower, plenty of hot water. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Minor thing: Would have liked to have a reading lamp

La ubicación muy cerca a la plaza.

No es tal cual como en las imágenes. La habitación por el frío tiene un poquito de humedad.

Excelente habitación

Excellent boutique hotel in Cusco! The room was very clean, bed was so comfortable with lots of blankets to keep you warm, shower had good hot water. WiFi worked well, included breakfast was good, tea and water available at all times. The service was fantastic and friendly! They were very responsive ahead of our stay, answering all of my questions, and helping arrange transportation from the airport at the beginning of our stay. They were kind enough to let us store most of our luggage when we went to Machu Picchu for a night. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

The location and the room was great

The VAT charge that was added which didn't show up on our app. This lead to some confusion about why were having to pay a lot more. If we had known this, we wouldn't have booked here. Ensure you read the email with any hidden costs and don't rely on just the app. I guess this was our fault and not the accommodation
