"Exceptional"

The location is perfect. 5 min walk from plaza de armas, and NOT up any steep hill or stairs. There’s heating in the room, but barely needed, as they were quite warm anyway. Shower was great, and so was the staff.

Love the Hotel they were very attentive with us because we lost a flight and they were very supportive us with our tours. We feel very safe with them. 100 percent recommend it ♥️
