Nothing! The whole hotel is a joke

Ive been traveling all over Asia but this hotel is the worst I have ever stayed. We changed 3 rooms and all of them were full with cockroaches! At some point we came back at our room and one of them was chilling on our bed. And overall they have been everywhere - on the floor, table, our stuff as well ! Except from this there were many other things that were off - none of the rooms we had had clean sheets without other peoples hair. The place overall is not clean, a bit worn off , all the rooms are super tiny! The first one we’ve got was like 6 sq m. On top of that the hotel is above the train station and the rooms have 0 sound isolation. The smell everywhere in the hotel is pretty nasty. One thing - the stuff was helpful relocating us but we still left earlier then the end of our booking and booked something else because this place is just a joke. It’s ridiculous that booking has 8.4 rating for this place. Probably some kind of Indian scam

Nothing, a very ordinary hotel with high price. You can get better options in this price range

Basic amenities like had towels missing

Old property and needs much maintenance , breakfast was not up to mark and not value for money

Everything with the hotel was great.

I have been charged 3 times! Tried getting in touch for a refund but not having much luck. Can someone please call ,e on +447771540588 to discuss? My visa was charged twice on August 25th for £85.77 and the hotel charged me as well.

Hotel con excelente ubicación en Mumbai, la habitación amplia, buena vista y muy bueno el baño. Cómodo para una estadía corta, cuenta con buen desayuno. De volver a la ciudad volvería a quedarme aquí.
