Regency Hotel Malabar Hill

Friendly staff. Excellent, clean breakfast (I’m a foreigner and food safety is important to me while traveling). Cozy room with quiet AC. Quiet surroundings. Easy to get around.

Someone was smoking on my floor and the staff said it was ok as long as they did it in the hallway, but that was right outside my room. Couldn’t smell it in my room, but smelled a lot on my way in and out.

Very nice location, all amenities were top notch

The staff are fantastic The crispy spring rolls are the best. Good walking distance from the sports park.

Very helpful and courteous staff, well located , spacious rooms , well lit with big windows!

Cleanliness could be a bit better…especially ventilation wise.

The spread was simple and neat but the staff service was very good. They were following for each course and insisting to have more try this and that. very good staff

All the Staff were excellent especially the catering and no porters. Location was perfect for our needs.
