We booked their deluxe room as per their photos on Booking.com website. However they deceived us and gave us their worst room. When we complained they said this was the only room available. There was work going on which they did NOT tell us about. In the bathroom window there was not curtain but instead they used a worn out old towel to cover the windows! Also there was mould in the room. See the photos I have posted. I think they reserve the bad rooms for those of us who have booked (without seeing the room) through online sites such as Booking.com knowing fully well that since we have paid what's the worst we can do?

I liked your staff. They are very helpful and warm. And I liked the prompt service, also the cleanliness.

I would like you to renovate your interiors too instead of only the exteriors. The walls in the rooms as well as the bathrooms and the bath tubs need to be fixed.
