Regency Hotel Malabar Hill

No ice in a hotel, no icebox till I looked at my booking, then they brought one in. Absurd a hotel not providing ice

The location majorly and cleanliness. The young night receptionist and the guard were amazing and helpful.

We found a full dustbin and a Bacardi bottle lying in the bathroom when checked in the room. The morning receptionist has a very bad way of speaking. Had a very rude way of saying things that could have been said politely. And he always nagged us about payments as we were running somewhere without paying.

property is having many issues when we have checked in cockroaches was there is bathroom drawers was very dirty with dust and dead cockroaches room was not having menu card, basic toiletries, wifi wasn’t working

The Propert has been shut for two years. Expedia owes and applogy and explanation for the harassment as also vompensation and full refund for charges imposed.Never use Expedia again.

Nice Location and decent rooms

It was really very good and walking distance from the hotel to my business place

One of us uses a breathing machine. There was no way to use it as when you turned off the lights at night there was no electricity available to the machine. We discussed this with the front desk but they didn't have a solution. We are going to try another hotel.

Small boutique hotel. Only 28 rooms. Simple Continental /English Breakfast.
