Das Santa Helena liegt recht zentral :)

Obwohl das Zimmer ‘ready’ war um 14.00 Uhr, wurde eine Fee von MXP 250 verrechnet für ein early check-in. Leider war das Zimmer überhaupt nicht richtig geputzt - es lagen sehr viele Haare herum. Als wir rausgegangen sind, haben wir extra den Schlüssel an der Rezeption gelassen und gefragt, dass es geputzt wird. Leider vergeblich. Das Zimmer, welches wir hatten, liegt direkt an der Strasse und somit lebt man leider immer im Dunkeln :( Das ‘Highlight’ im Zimmer war das Bad ohne Decke :D man hört einfach alles und hat null Privatsphäre. Alles andere als ein ‘boutique Hotel’

Solo no se pudo ocupar el cenote artificial que tienen porque todo el tiempo la estuvieron sanitizando, me decían que ya casi quedaba, pero me fui y nunca quedó disponible para su uso.

The room had a WOW factor when we first walked in with high ceilings and a big window for great lighting. The staff is very helpful and provided great recommendations when I asked about restaurants or where to buy certain things. The daily cleaning was thorough and great.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower doesn't fully close so water gets on the floor easily.

Great property within few blocks from Paseo Montejo and/or downtown. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The entrance can be a hazard, especially during rainy days. If you were to slip and fall there is a chance you will get run over by oncoming traffic.

The best stay we had in our trip in Mexico! The place is clean and elegant, very comfortable! The staff is extremely kind, very attentive and welcoming, expecially Jazz! If I'm back in Merida one day i will defenetly stay here again~
