Comfortable and charming small hotel with an artificial cenote to cool off. Handy location. Filtered water always available and coffee makers in rooms. Chose to stay a second time.

The staff were amazing. We stayed for 22 nights and felt right at home. The location is perfect, the a/c worked well and the bed was fairly comfortable.

A bit of noise from the street and lack of privacy in the room as the bathroom doesn’t have a ceiling and you will hear whatever noise is coming from the bathroom.

¡Excelente! Ubicación es perfecto porque está cerca del centro sin estar en el mismo ruido de la ciudad y el staff es sumamente agradable y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Sumamente recomendable si vas a estar en Mérida por algunos días

Dentro del hotel se puede oír desde afuera el ruido de otros huéspedes en los pasillos, ya que las habitaciones no están tan climatizadas para el sonido. Por suerte, los huéspedes que habían eran respetuosos

La ubicación me permitió desplazarme a diferentes puntos. La atención de la recepción por parte de Jonathan es excelente, es una persona que apoya, sugiere y tiene una actitud de servicio que superó mis expectativas.

El servicio del agua caliente tuvo fallas, es algo que si le dan seguimiento, no habría problema alguno con el alojamiento.

Es un hotel de excelente calidad. Limpieza orden. Ubicacion cerca del centro de merida .lo puedes hacer todo caminando .el autobus va y ven aeropuerto te deja a dos cuadras.. del personal es de excelente atencion muy atentos para orientarte en cualquier duda. Felicidades a todos y muchas gracias.

Even with all windows and door closed a lot of noise came into the room, i could hear people talking in their rooms, the bathroom and shower noises etc
