Everything was excellent except for the refrigerator in our room it was not cold

The refrigerator in our room was warm. It was not cold at all.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The staff are all super friendly & helpful, the room was spacious & bed/linen super comfy, pool was nice & cool, restaurant attached is great - delicious food & good value for money! I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner. Genuinely cares about the guests experience & his staff. Awesome place! Awesome owner leading the team!

That we couldn’t stay longer

Location was perfect. Staff were so nice and attentive to our needs. Special mention to Juan Ruvalcava at front desk and David, Jesus and Angel at the restuarant.

Didn’t try breakfast here but it was very busy every morning so I assume it must be good. The room and hotel was very clean. A saving grace from our original booking which was awful upon check in. Kept it dry whenever it rained and flooded to the best of their abilities.

They are a very small hotel so they are always watching and monitoring your activities and they will knock on your door at 9 am to start cleaning your room.

Firstly the warm greeting from Juan and Emelio! When we arrived and everytime there after... So nice to see their smiling faces and ask how our day was Great area..close to everything! Air-conditioning was fantastic in the humidity Bed was awesome

Only that we wished breakfast was included as usually in mexico.. We did have breakfast there on one day and it was really good!... Great service by staff as well..

My wife and I arrived to Casa Nicole in PV sometime in the early evening - it was an easy 25 minute Uber from the PV Airport. We had 2 rooms in the hotel, one for us and another for a friend. I can't say enough good things about this place - truly a hidden gem. We were immediately greeted by Emilio in the front desk, he was such a great guy during our stay of 4 nights - incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming. The hotel's cleanliness far exceeded our expectations (to be honest, I had no idea what to expect). The hotel looks like it had to have been renovated just in the last 2 years, the rooms are spacious, extremely modern, and practical. The rooms have tons of surface area in the bathroom (great for girls doing makeup etc) and 2 people can stay in a room with plenty of space to spare. Closet is spacious, AC worked like a charm, and the bathroom always had warm water. We made great use of their small gym during our time there as well as the rooftop pool! It's a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, and there's multiple pharmacies and convenience stores right across the street for water, snacks, etc. We will be recommending this place to everyone, we went for my birthday weekend and I'm so glad we chose this place over a Hilton or Marriot! So much better of an intimate experience and right in the middle of all the great restaurants we wanted to try.

Perfect location, wonderful staff and clean in all areas of the hotel. Their restaurant had excellent food and variety from traditional chilaquiles to avocado toast.
