Casa Nicole Boutique Hotel

Staff was top notch, room was very comfortable, pool was fantastic, restaurant was good. Only cons: small fridge and didn’t get cold enough, shower pressure kind of goes on and off. Otherwise perfection and can’t wait to stay here again.

The staff was amazing. Emilio had such a warm and kind smile. He helped us with any question we had. Even printed out a map of restaurants nearby.

We had 6 nights at Casa Nicole and were thrilled with the proximity to the malecon and all the fabulous restaurants and bars at our doorstep. There’s an OXXO (Mexican 7 11) on the corner and and ATM around the corner and everything you should need is within walking distance. The onsite restaurant does a great business and is always busy, but the staff never keep you waiting too long. The food is really good, as prices of the meals. Thankfully it is only open for breakfast/lunch as it means the hotel is a lot quieter by the evening. That’s perfect for us, as some other venues we have stayed at in previous years were WAY TOO noisy at night. Casa Nicole is quiet, clean and perfectly located. No step hills to climb and accessible to all major attractions on the malecon. The Manager Juan was friendly and accomodating and all the hotel staff and restaurant staff could not have been any friendlier.

The water was crazy in the shower. It went from burning hot to freezing cold and it took forever to wash my hair because of this. But this isn't just a problem @ Casa Nicole. It seems to be a problem in Mexico

Contemporary, clean, 1 block from the Malecon. Quiet!

I like that they got us right in after booking.com sold us a discussing, roach infested crackhouse. Upon entering the original booking, we immediately called about the conditions, they said to book another hotel and they would cover the different which we did and now they are refusing to honor what they said. Booking.com is a scam, but Casa Nicole was a nice hotel.

Was so wrapped up into trying to get a resolution from booking.com that I didn't get to interact with the staff as much, but they seemed good.

The room was modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast at the restaurant was great.

The pool was on the small side and was not heated
