A Perfect Oasis in the September Heat. Just loved my time here. Loved.. The location, the lovely room, the comfortable bed, the rooftop pool, the breakfasts till 2pm. But most of all the amazing kind friendly staff. Thoroughly recommended for a great stay in Puerto Vallarta. Thank you for a lovely stay. See you all again..

There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I would have really appreciated love a nespresso machine in the room.

We had an awesome time at this hotel. It was modern, clean, and the staff were exceptional. We had the pool to ourselves the one day we used it and had a really nice time. The restaurant also was very good with great service and food. Definitely will stay here again.

We were so delighted that our hotel had the number #1 breakfast destination in the Romantica zone, people came from all over to experience the brunch menu. We enjoyed our meals both mornings we were there and highly recommended to the chef at our cooking class that we attended that same day of our departure. He said he had heard of it and wanted to take his wife there soon.

There was nothing to not like!

We got lots of attention, and the rooms were very large and comfortable, The breakfast was the BEST! Super close to the beach, and the plaza, and all the cute restaurants, yet quiet. Nice, small pool on the roof - perfect.

It was not an issue for us, but there is no elevator.

The Hotel was way beyond my expectations . It was absolutely fantastic . It was so clean , the room was superb , shower , bathroom fantastic . The location i feel was perfect . It could not of been better . What I really like was the Restaurant , the food was GREAT , but the Hotel staff , Restaurant Staff was beyond any words I can tell you . I never wanted to leave . They are my new family . Thank you all so much . I will never stay any other place
