The staff were very nice and friendly at the restaurant and the breakfast was lovely. The room was clean and had modern finishings.

Don`t expect to SLEEP. This was the most noisy hotel I`ve ever been in. The club kept me up until 3AM as did the person next door watching TV until about 2:20AM (I could even hear them cough). There is NO insulation between rooms likely due to the adjoining doors which I can only assume are made from plywood. The beds were also rock hard.

The food (breakfast and lunch) served onsite is excellent and varied. We ate breakfast there every morning. We noticed that expats an Mexican families also often ate there. The service is outstanding. The rooms are lovely. It's quiet at night despite being only a block away from all of the action.

There is really nothing I did not like. It's a small boutique hotel located a block or two from the action of old town PV. Some could find it a little expensive in comparison to some of the larger hotels. But if you want very clean, amazing service, lovely/comfortable rooms, and a block or two away from the action for a quiet nights sleep I would book here.

Stayed here for three nights and loved every moment! This is truly a boutique hotel with less than 10 rooms (I think), making for an intimate they-know-our-names experience. Service: Juan and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They really knew our names and were readily available if we had questions or needed recommendations. Rooms: everything was clean and modern. The body wash & shampoo provided smelled divine! Amenities: the hotel is overall very modern and well decorated. The rooftop pool was small but had ample sun lounges and tables. Because the hotel has limited guests, I had the entire pool to myself majority of the time. Gym was equipped with dumbbells, bench, and four cardio machines. Location: on the northern, quieter side of Romantic Zone, it's 3 blocks away from the main strips and 1-2 blocks from the beach. Super convenient to get around. Overall, we loved our stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others!

We had a room on the 1st floor right next to the restaurant. This meant that every morning at 7am, we would hear the staff prepping for the day and hear patrons/music as they trickled in for breakfast. I would keep this in mind if you're a light sleeper & request a room on the 2nd floor.

if you are sensitive to light the decorative windows may be an issue since they don’t have blinds.

our room was one the first floor and we had no privacy from our patio. we were woken up to a loud group of 15 or more people who were there for 3 hours at least. the whole room was very loud

The breakfasts were wonderful. The location was great. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and SO clean.

No in-room coffee. However coffee available to take to room at 7 am. Not a problem unless coffee needed earlier, and there is a coffee shop nearby.

Perfect location a few blocks from the beach with friendly attentive staff. It’s only a handful of rooms, so the service is very personal. Excellent breakfast courtyard restaurant.

This hotel went above and beyond! We had to stay longer since my husband was injured on a boat and they extended our stay twice without any issues! The owner was super nice and so was the staff. The room was spacious with a balcony and the downstairs room had a patio. The bath tubs are huge and worth the upgrade! There is a restaurant onsite and was really busy with other tourists. The prices were fair and the coffee was good. Make sure you get the banana bread! They even got some food to go that I could take to my husband. I can't say enough about this hotel. They were starting to feel like family after a couple days! Thank you so much for taking care of us. You all went above and beyond!!!
