Lovely site, everything being close, caravan had everything u needed, and was very clean. I would definitely recommend and I would return and if there was more availability I would've stayed a extra couple of days.

The location is awesome - we love Chapel St Leonards!!

Unfortunately the caravan had not been cleaned when we arrived which was well past the check in time. Someone came whilst we were unloading and changed the bedding and squirted some bleach down the toilet, but that was all. Therefore the caravan was not thoroughly cleaned for us following the previous guests. This was the main issue we had.

Found some stuff in caravan not cleaned has well as it should of been , beds and linen was clean , overall had a lovely stay.

Lovley and clean owners and cleaner are lovley too we made friends with a lot of other van owners while there too lol

Nice clean and comes with a big freezer and fridge air fryer and washer everything you need including 2 big fans to keep us cool

Clean and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay lovely deco really was impressed Will love to come back sometime for another little break Bed was so comfy 10 out of 10 from us Shame about the weather for July we didn't get to sit outside but didn't matter we was more then happy to relax inside 😊
