Lovely clean caravan in a great location

The caravan is in a brilliant location, a very nice lay out and a spacious kitchen. Located in a more quiet area of the site. Outside seating on the veranda was very pleasant. Nice decor throughout, gives off a nice comfort feeling.

Both gas bottles empty when we arrived, had to wait for site staff to fetch and fit a new bottle. Not much of a wait and didn’t cause much inconvenience, however it could have been avoided. The en-suite to the master bedroom was out of order. A note was left on the toilet saying ‘not in use’. We weren’t made aware of this before arrival. The caravan was tidy but not necessarily clean. We had to wash cutely, plates and glasses before using them. The main bathroom also wasn’t that clean. The hoover in the caravan didn’t seem to work on the carpet, only on hard floor. It also had a really bad smell to it. (Understandable with it being a pet friendly caravan however, it wouldn’t hurt to empty the hoover to avoid this).

Everything from the minute we walked in the caravan smelt off dog really bad there was smears all over the TV fire and the fridge there was dust all over dog hairs on the sides sand under the cushions on the furniture used razor in the bath room and the shower head did not fit in the shower bracket it definitely did not get cleaned before we went in

Really nice clean caravan. Very homely with everything that you will need. 2 bathrooms as well which we haven't seen before.
