There was some staff celebrating their birthdays so loudly at min night. Me and my family was to disturb that night, I requested many times. Then they come down. One more thing toilet was not good, no cleaning

There was no electricity in the room after we entered the room till we leave. I called the staff several times. But he did send anyone and even did not come. The toilet was not cleaned. The worst class of business the owner is doing.

Nothing at all, they are completely fake, they will get your money stuck by asking you for payment and wont return it back, the place doesn’t justify what they have uploaded on photos, even officials are their supporters so your complaints won’t be entertained

Nothing everything was very bad

The room was horrible very untidy the staff was not co-operative its not a hotel but a dharamshala or you can say worst than a dharamshala also
