"Great location. Poor management."

Great location. Directly across the ropeway from gun hill on mall road. Rooms are nice size, with view of mall road and Dehradun valley. This place would be a gem under proper management.

Cleanliness is a major issue. Room was not clean. Bathrooms were not cleaned and entire room smelled like urine. Staff was not helpful. I ended up cleaning the washrooms a little myself. Staff is friendly, but not available. The reception desk is unattended much of the day. Need to be trained. Hot water was an issue.
