The property is lovely, in an unbelievable location with amazing views. Marryvone and George were phenomenal hosts who couldn’t do enough for us. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay

Exceptional throughout - immaculate building and facilities. Pool is perfect temperature, calming and pure. Views were even better than the photos, only a few minute walk to the out of this world beach of Beau Vallon. We loved everything about the property and the hosts made it even better than we could have hoped for! There’s no where else I’d stay on the island of Mahe. Maryvonne and Georges went above and beyond for us. A stunning meal cooked for the guests and lifts offered locally and further afield if you wish to visit places for a small fee to pay for fuel. Simply, the best! When we dreamed of celebrating our honeymoon we could not have imagined trip this special and it’s all thanks to Doffay Seaview. You can count on this place to fulfil your dreams of a trip of a lifetime - I wish there were hosts like this in every holiday destination! Cannot thank Nimashe and Layandro enough too, nothing too much trouble and the apartment is kept spotless, with it being Self-Catering they will come and change towels/bedding and bins whenever you need it. This was a great touch as you were benefitting from the best of both worlds. We will be back and recommending all our family and friends to stay here in Seychelles.

There’s nothing not to like - it truly is as good as it seems!

Top-Ausstattung, sehr sauber, toller Meerblick vom Balkon. Hervorzuheben sind die überaus herzlichen Gastgeber, die immer erreichbar waren und bei Bedarf fast jederzeit auch Taxi gespielt haben. Einen Abend waren wir zu einem kreolischen Abendessen eingeladen und sie haben mit uns eine Inselrundfahrt gemacht, auf der wir viele Highlights von Mahé gesehen haben. Beau Vallon hat auch einen der schönsten und vor allem längeren Strände. Gute Infrastruktur wie Supermärkte und Restaurants.

Etwas auf dem Hügel gelegen, aber über eine Abkürzung gelangt man doch relativ schnell zum Supermarkt und zum Strand.

Staying at Maryvonne and George’s guesthouse was truly a highlight of our trip, not only because of the beautiful setting but above all thanks to the unique atmosphere they create. From the very first day, you feel less like a guest and more like you’re visiting dear friends. That makes all the difference – it isn’t just another stay in yet another lovely hotel, but a chance to experience something warmer, more personal, and unforgettable. Every glowing review you’ll find about Maryvonne and George is absolutely deserved – there is no exaggeration. On top of that, the apartment itself is outstanding: a breathtaking ocean view, a pool, excellent facilities, and, most importantly, a bed so comfortable you’ll sleep like a dream.

Maryvonne and Georges are the best hosts you could ever met! Their hospitality, friendliness, and assistance were exceptional, it was more than ideal start of our honeymoon! We have experienced local Creole cuisine when the hosts invited us for Creole dinner in their home, they have also shown us the most interesting places in Beau Vallon and nearby Victoria, recommended activities that we really enjoyed, and went on a hiking trip with us. We felt like a family and already miss them. Moreover, the apartments are fully equipped, and the swimming pool with a view is fantastic! You can easily reach Beau Vallon beach, shops, and restaurants nearby. Maryvonne, Georges, thank you for letting us experience the best of Creole culture, we hope to see you soon! PS. I would rate this place 15 out of 10 if I only could.

In 1 woord geweldig! Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf maar bovenal van de gastvrijheid en de kookkunsten van Georges. Wij hebben ons nog nooit zo welkom gevoelt als bij Maryvonne & Georges. Nogmaals dank, het voelde voor ons als thuis.

The apartment is stunning and immaculate, with an incredible view of the swimming pool and the sea from the balcony. The area is peaceful, allowing you to sleep soundly like a baby. The owners are exceptionally kind and accommodating, ensuring your stay is truly memorable. They invite you for dinner, leave thoughtful touches like fresh fruit, eggs, and water in the kitchen, and are always available with helpful recommendations. We will definitely be returning! Si, comme moi, vous passez des heures à éplucher des centaines d’annonces sur Booking sans savoir quel hébergement choisir, arrêtez vos recherches : vous avez trouvé le meilleur ! Nous avons hésité entre plusieurs logements, mais nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix, et ce pour plusieurs raisons. Commençons par l’emplacement. La villa, toute neuve et absolument sublime, est idéalement située : proche des plus belles plages de Mahé, des restaurants, des supermarchés, de Victoria et de l’aéroport. La vue panoramique sur l’océan est splendide et apaisante, surtout au coucher du soleil. Les appartements sont d’une propreté irréprochable, spacieux, décorés avec beaucoup de goût et dotés de matériaux et d’équipements de grande qualité. Vous y trouverez absolument tout le nécessaire pour vous sentir comme à la maison. La machine à laver est un vrai plus ! Le personnel est aux petits soins, attentif et d’une grande gentillesse. Et que dire des hôtes, Maryvonne et Georges… Ce sont des personnes exceptionnelles, d’une humanité et d’une bienveillance rares. J’ai voyagé dans plus de 35 pays, mais je n’ai jamais rencontré d’hôtes aussi chaleureux, généreux et attentionnés. Nous avons vraiment eu l’impression de passer nos vacances en famille. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec de délicieuses noix de coco fraîches. Le soir même, Maryvonne et Georges nous ont invités à un dîner créole. Ce fut un moment magique, durant lequel nous avons découvert la culture seychelloise, échangé sur la vie locale, et goûté aux plats absolument succulents préparés par nos hôtes. Nous avions été globalement très déçus par la nourriture aux Seychelles, mais ce dîner était digne d’un restaurant étoilé Michelin, tant tout était savoureux !

Tout était parfait. Juste pensez à apporter vos produits de hygiène corporelle, comme un peu partout aux Seychelles.
