Frequent supply of drinking water would’ve been better.

Mehmet, uno dei due gestori dell'albergo, è stato fantastico: ci ha gestito lui la partecipazione ai tour, la gita a cavallo e la salita in mongolfiera, sempre disponibile e sempre gentile. La posizione è perfetta, nel centro di Goreme. L'ambiente è familiare, l'hotel è piccolo, sembra di essere a casa. La colazione viene servita in terrazza e poi c'è un'ulteriore terrazza da cui vedere le mongolfiere all'alba o da cui gustarsi il tramonto. Io e la mia famiglia ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore!

The room was very beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helped us organise many activities during our stay (and the airport transfer), the breakfast was very generous and tasty. The rooftop terrace had a magical view on Göreme and Cappadocia in general.

Our room had one more "window" on top of the normal windows that was not covered and it was giving a lot of discomfort while sleeping. Two of the trash bins were not cleaned before our check in.

Excellent location and excellent property. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The daily breakfast was exceptionsl. We have already recommended the hotel to others.

The staff was very friendly and helped us plan our itinerary. They also helped us with parking the car. The room was beautiful, very well decorated and with a view of the balloons in the morning. Rooftop also had great views of the balloons and of the city. Really pleasant experience!
