Customer service. Welcomed into room on arrival and courteous. The location is central. Food options within walkable distance. The hotel is a walk up a hill but my 3 year old handled it with no problem. Great view of hot air balloons from roof top.

Smell. Yes, it is a cave room so a smell is expected. However if you are a traveler with smell sensitivities or allergies, the smell is overcoming. The stairs in the family suite for young kids is unsafe, so better for a family with older kids.

The hotel isn't big so it was very peaceful and private. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The feel of living in a cave made it even better! It was huge, with a staircase going down to the other room, making it ideal for a family of 4. The staff, Mehmet and Rahman, were extremely polite and helpful. All our sightseeing, other activities, and airport drop were organised and coordinated by Mehmet. We weren't disappointed at all! They took care of every need and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

The lighting in the room and bathroom was very dim and minimal. Also, no full length mirrors in the room was a little inconvenient.

The host of the property Mehmat and Ibrahim were very kind and generous. They made sure we are looked after well during our stay. The property is at prime location in Goreme. The view of the hot air balloons from the hotel was amazing.
