Camera este foarte curata. Gasiti prosoape, gel de dus, fier de calcat, fiecare camera are aer conditionat. Nu lipseste nimic. 🤗 Amplasare foarte buna. Statia de autobuz 4L este la 3 min de mers pe jos si ajungi in Venetia (Piata Roma) in 10 min.

All what is needed was in appartment

Everything was perfect. The room is specious and very well designed, equipped with a big and comfortable bed, plus sofa bed. We had everything we needed. Communicating with Andrea was smooth and quick, we always received a reply within few minutes. Also the self check-in was easy and clear, we got the instructions way before of our arrival via text message. I definitely recommend this place to stay if you visit Venice. Very easy to access the historical part of Venice (around 15 mins by bus), the bus stop is within a few minutes of walking distance and bus 4L running very frequently.

Check in . We stayed outside for a long time when we arrived , no numbers to call , sent emails twice, no one answered to open the door.

We liked the facilities and the room was very clean, we had basically unlimited coffee pods to start the morning, so my usual morning double espresso was not a problem. The room appeared to be new or freshly renovated, but it was very clean.

We got the wrong key at first and we had to wait by the door for quite a bit until somebody from the B&B came and helped us. The person that came did not speak English, so getting understood was a small challenge but it was manageable.

Really nice place to stay with easy access to the train to Venice, markets, restaurants. I would not leave my car on the street, but there is a wonderfu closed garage in a hotel, just around the cover.
