The property is close to the train station from which you can reach Venice in about 10 minutes. Our host was friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

During most evenings, it was very noisy as you can hear the locals talking and yelling on the streets. In general, we didn't feel comfortable in the neighborhood and I recommend googling whether you want to stay in this area ahead of time. Also, the kitchenette is shared by multiple rooms.

The room and en-suite were a decent size, and the bed was comfortable.

I searched on Booking.com for a room or apartment with outside space. This was one of the places that was offered. When I read the information on booking.com the property says there is communal outside space (inferring for everyone’s use). But as soon as when arrived and I texted them to ask where access to the outside space is, they told me our room didn’t have access. Within the first few hours of arriving I spent a lot of time on the phone to booking.com and to the property management trying to get a refund for the second night so we could book somewhere else. It was all a waste of time and in the end the hosts didn’t come back to us to confirm a final answer as they said they would. It was an education in how impotent booking.com are if there’s a problem. I asked them to at least amend their description for future potential guests. I don’t know if they have done so, as I don’t wish to waste any more time with it.

The most bad experience I had ever in my life. The stuff of this apartment was really rude and stressfully. The cleaner next day was inside and brake the parfum and no one refund me anything. I left one day before finishing because I was really scary if I left me personal things alone at apartment. The owner of apartment was really rude. On that day was my wife birthday and he make us stress and he don’t care about it. I’ll show you with pictures down below. Even the area outside was really drunking people and on the night really scary because some people with drugs. About the refund I have to talk to booking now make me stress again because he don’t care at all. I really wouldn’t recommend never this one.

We loved the stay at Thalia,Thanks for the clean and tidy comforting hospitality. We don’t except common kitchen ,we had to wait for other people to finish there cooking it’s was little uncomfortable. Everything else was good.

newly furnished, room size is good, very comfortable bed, clean. the air conditioner is very quiet. the owner provided flinty of coffee, tea, snacks, and kitchenwares.

1. Feel like the neighborhood has a lot of immigrants. 2. in the property, there are 4 rooms right next to each other and sharing a compact dining space. the noise blockage is not good. we can hear very clear sound from dinner space, from bathroom next door, and from other rooms. in order not to disturb others, we have to keep our voice down as a manner.
