The location.

The bathroom tiles were very filthy. The drain pipes stank into the apartment, and it was terrible. Nobody showed up to clean throughout my stay. Not even a single bottle of water welcomed me into the apartment, a basic human courtesy to all visitors.

The cleaness of the unit was appalling, with funiture and floord dusty, dirty laundary in the closets to such an extent that there was not enough space to pack our own, blocking bath room sink with an ovelaunch of human hair, Very poor customer response and service. Laundry and bedfing clean up after more than 3 days No maintenace for longer stays. Facilitate heavy of cigarrette smoke. Hygiene poor. No care for tenants. All focused on payments and not customer experience.
