"Worse stay ever"

Had a few issues which I raised because to the property manager and I was told there's nothing they could do even though I was inconvenienced by the things that went wrong during my stay. I was told I would be called and I have yet to be called. Honestly not worth the money at all.

I have used Bookings.com for over 10 years, and in all those years I had never come across the kind of false advertising I encountered with The Duke. The apartment block is in the middle of a construction zone, there is no parking and the room offered had a window that looked onto the brick wall. None of these issues were included in the marketing overview. I wouldn’t recommend the property to anybody. It is poor.
