Vangvieng Pool House Hotel

Staff really friendly and helpful with booking trips and transfers, as well as laundry. Beds also comfortable. Nice atmosphere to chill in and good location.

Wifi did not reach the dorms on 4th floor and cut out a lot. The staff mentioned an alternative wifi but that did not connect. The sun loungers and pool were also not in the sun. No toilet roll in bathroom so had to ask each time for more to be added.

La première chambre était très médiocre avec mauvaise odeur d'egou nous avons demandé à changer il nous ont dit qu'il était complet puis la deuxième nuit nous avons eu une chambre plus correcte

Room was super clean. The guy who runs the hotel is so nice, we had some problems with our booking and he was so helpful and has lots he can book for you. Pool was very nice and clean.

Lots of ants in the kitchen area where they made breakfast so did seem slightly unsanitary. We booked the train through the hotel and the taxi service was an hour late so we almost missed our train so be careful when booking through the hotel, he also changed the price at the last moment.

L'accueil a été au top! Ils ont été de supers conseils pour découvrir les alentours! On y serait bien resté plus longtemps ! Julien, Aurélie et nos 3 enfants !
