Nice location. Feels like home. Care taker is kind. Has laundry facilities. Location is close to center but very calm and quiet.

Nothing much. Overall very good. If management looking for improvement, can think of cleanliness of utensils provided. Rooms are clean and fine.

I would suggest having a parking drive way with more space either side.

I would like to suggest if you can manage a space for pet care.

Staff were great and upgraded us. The room was lovely and had a great balcony with a view. The cat was adorable 😊

Lovely owner. He spoke great English and was very helpful. Large bedroom, with a balcony, good AC and fan.

Check In could have been smoother. Firstly, there needs to be a bigger sign letting you know the turning for the hotel (I was on motorbike and it took me a while to find it). Secondly, I arrived late night, called the number on the email, spoke to a woman who told me someone would call be back. Waited for about 10-15 minutes. Not the end of the world but frustrating when it’s late and you don’t know the area well. No breakfast facilities, but options relatively nearby and owner did make me a beautiful Sri Lankan coffee!

Peaceful stay with absolute breeze from sea side. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Must stay here to enjoy the journey.

The accommodation cannot be found on Google Maps, the tuk tuk drivers do not know the address. The walls are wet and dirty, ants of different sizes are running around the room. There is no hot water. The center is very far and there are no normal restaurants nearby. The booking phone number is not working. I do not recommend it to anyone.There is no breakfast and it is included in the price.

Big spacious room, lots of attention from staff, AC effectively cooling the room after some time, beautiful property, free drinking water in room

Language barrier, towels not clean, room not super clean, coffee very watery, very slow WiFi (connection in the room almost non-existent), location not correctly shown on Google maps, difficult to find entrance because they didn't hang up the sign for everybody on the street to see (instead it's on the floor facing the wrong way)
