"Molded rooms with bad smell"

The owner is very cunning. I booked a sea view room, but the owner provided me with a molded room with no window and no sea view. He asked to pay more to upgrade for a sea view room (no sea view at all). Very dirty molded rooms with bad smell. Need reinnovation
