Absolutely nothing - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The accommodation thought it was acceptable to ignore any communication from myself and booking.com on the DAY OF ARRIVAL. Therefore I did not receive any information about how to access my accommodation, so I was essentially stranded with nowhere to go. Please avoid at all costs.

Location for utilita arena and town

I believe a better map should be included to allow a person staying to locate the lockbox and apartment. Also improved communication

Great location. Comfortable if a little bare. Great value.

Bulb in bedside light didn't work - an obviously easy fix. No response whatsoever from hosts when I really needed to work out why I couldn't connect to the wi-fi. I tried by email, sms and phone call.

A lot to like about this apartment. The location is superb, it is comfy - both the lounge sofas and the bed. Was great to have Netflix and other streaming available. A few gripes but good value for money and pros outweighed cons so would stay again, though maybe not in winter.

The main gripes would be the hot water - quite unstable, so showering was a bit of a pain. Only one tiny towel each was not ideal - especially for those with long hair. Would have preferred blinds or muslin/nets on the windows as ground floor meant you were quite exposed to passersby if curtains open. It wasn't the cleanest. A little more care and attention and it would be great.

The location was perfect for our conference at the ICC. The apartment is a lovely size. The bathroom was lovely and clean and the lounge area was comfy and perfect to chill out in.

The bed is not the comfiest, the mattress is very hard. Also it's wasn't completely clean. There was toys and rubbish and dust all under furniture like the sofa and table.

Property was central and adequate for what we needed

Property was hard to find, beds weren’t very comfortable, not enough pillows for 3 guest. Incorrect security key code given to get in, made it very difficult in the rain.

Clean and tidy and lots of space! Nice place and perfect for what we needed!

Location in town was great and stones throw from the music venue, but was a little difficult to locate the correct building as signage isn’t great. Not really something the person can fix though so can’t rate them down for this as their service and communication was perfect and they sent pictures and comments of the correct building when I messaged. They were very prompt to reply!
