Logement très bien situé au centre de Tromso. Tout est accessible à pied ( restaurants, supermarchés, point de des excursions…). L’appartement est magnifique, très grand pour 4 personnes. L’accès au logement est très facile, un badge nous attend dans une boîte à clef sécurisée à l’entrée du logement.

Il manque de la vaisselle pour prendre ses repas sur place (3 bols, nous étions 4…) Le lave vaisselle est tombé en panne le 2eme jour. Nous l’avons immédiatement signalé mais personne n’est intervenu pour le réparer. Il manque un placard dans une des chambres (aucun rangement dans cette chambre). Il faisait très chaud (25 degrés !) dans l’appartement et il n’était pas possible de régler la température.

Excelente location, quiet, safe, modern, new appliances, spacious, good customer service.

No microwave, wasn’t able to control heating system even after crew came in to adjust. No directions on trash disposal.

We can cook with good facilities

It’s a little bit difficult for travelers to do the trash recycling.

The dishwasher and the cooking stove didn’t work. The room was really dusty and not clean. What’s worse, my kid found a condom in the bedroom.

So comfortable, clean and in the best location! Great choice!

As we walked in to the apartment, we all went 'Wow!' - it was very modern, very well appointed and the view was great. Just a three minute walk to the town centre, with a handy supermarket very near by, and seven minutes to the harbour, where all the excursions leave from. However, it was still very quiet. The kitchen had everything you need, but there are so many nice restaurants close by the only thing we used was the kettle! Beds were soft and comfortable, and the TV was the biggest I've ever seen, lol. I heartily recommend this apartment!

I'm nitpicking, but the light switches were just stuck on the wall (rather than wired in) and a couple of them came off when we pressed them - they still worked, though. The road into town from the front entrance of the building (where the taxi dropped us off) was really slippery and hadn't been cleared of snow, and being on a slope it was very unpleasant and difficult to walk on. However, there was another exit/entrance to the building a floor down, where the paths were kept clear and it was a much easier walk - maybe the owner should mention this in the booking information, as if we hadn't found it our trip would've been a lot more difficult.
