The location was good.

- the cleanliness was in general poor. The first room was dirty - not consistent and thorough housekeeping - rooms design and furniture old and not updated - very thin walls in the rooms. And very inconvenient fan "hole" between the bathroom walls that was quite annoying and sometimes made me uncomfortable - rude and disrespectful night staff that made sexual and inappropriate comments to guests - had to insist on new towels from housekeeping - high costs of extra ammenaties when arriving at hotel - Very inconvenient "hotel rule" that said guest could not bring food and drinks from outside of the hotel into the guest rooms

Dirty. They don’t change sheets or towels. They just hang used towels in balcony to dry. They don’t refill toilet papers or hand soaps. I told front desk and he said I had to wait until morning. I had to shower and air dry my body. No AC in lobby. No visitor allowed for just the bathroom use. Charge extra for wifi and water.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel.The food was excellent, and the staff was exceptionally kind and professional. Special thanks to the manager Mr. Eyüp, whose dedication and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. The reception and service throughout were top-notch. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Byliśmy bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczeni jakością względem ceny. Hotel jest na prawdę fajny, odnowiony, czysty. Posiłki były świetne, urozmaicone, obsługa zawsze uśmiechnięta i chętna do pomocy. Swobodna, przyjazna atmosfera. Lokalizacja fantastyczna, fajna restauracja na dole, pięknie urządzona, przyjemny basen .

Winda dość mała i bardzo duszna, leżaki na basenie powinny mieć jeszcze materace ponieważ są twarde. Nie rozumiem dlaczego na śniadaniu herbata jest za darmo a na lokacji płatna??? Hałas z ulicy zakłóca sen. Są to jednak drobne mankamenty i nie wpływają na ocenę, która moim zdaniem jest 10/10 Polecam i mam nadzieję wrócić.
