Clean nice hotel with polite employees and a good restaurant. The location is perfect, close to everything and safe area and hotel for single travellers Also.

The pillows in the bed was a little bit to Big and hard for my taste 😅

The location and the ambiance

The minibar was completely empty until the second day of my stay. Unfortunately, I also lost a few personal items that went missing from my room I still can not figure out if it was my mistake or stolen. When I requested a room upgrade and expressed my willingness to pay extra and extend my stay, Or get another room or reduce my number of days I was met with a surprisingly rude responses and was told I could not change rooms. Because of the poor service, I decided to cut my stay short and left a day earlier. To add to the disappointment, I was eating an apple in the restaurant that I had already started, and a staff member rudely told me I wasn't allowed to continue eating it in my room. Overall, the experience left much to be desired. There's definitely room for improvement in both hospitality and customer service. The workers are not friends but too hostile

The layout

The hotel manager was rude, arrogant, a complete moron who tried to charge me fory booking twice because he couldn't see of I had already paid. Which is a complete lie. And then told me to book direct with him so he doesn't pay commission to booking. Com and said it's cheap for you Europeans and the same price as a hot meal, so I told him to pay if it's so cheap. Condescending and he should be thankfully I meditate or he would have been flying out the window. Arrogance of an inbred.🤢🤮

Clear and near the beach

Location was very good, right in the middle of the Kleopatra beach, so its a nice walk to either side.

Food quality was bad, only sweets were fresh and good. Rooms are dirty, you have to extra pay for everything. True 3 star hotel, if you clean the room a little by yourself then its good for sleeping. All inclusive food is not worth it, we ate only 2-3 times in the hotel. Photos of the hotel are atleast 10 years old.
