LOGE Glacier

Liked the room with all the amenities and the atmosphere of the place was very cool. Great location!

There was a water leak on the carpet by the fridge and the handheld device in the shower didn't function.

The hotel is in a small town of 34 and is perfect for local outdoor hiking or as a jumping off point the Glacier National Park. Hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooms were warm and perfect.

Nothing to not like.

Room was not clean and extremely small. Very loud music playing from the kitchen 'till late at night. Uninterested and rude staff at the frontdesk. (Just watching the computerscreen totally ignoring incoming & leaving guests) Unhygieniec staff in the restaurant. Tables in the restaurant were not cleaned after guests finished their meal. Location in the middle of nowhere.

Le cadre de l'hôtele st très sympa : nature, forêt... Vieille bâtisse tout en bois qui a son charme et joliment décorée. Très bon wifi. Personnel agréable. Très bon restaurant

Quelle déception : - ma chambre étant juste au dessus de la cuisine des odeurs écoeurantes de fritures, grillades, burgers...remontaient dans la chambre malgré les fenêtres fermées ! Cela durait tout le temps que la cuisine était ouverte. - le personnel de cuisine ( des jeunes visiblement ) mettaient leur musique très fort le matin dès le début de leur travail jusqu'à la fermeture de la cuisine !! ( 22h ) . C'était pénible ! Le prix de la chambre même hors saison étant déjà cher l'hôtel visiblement ne se souci pas du confort de ses clients. - Juste devant la façade avant de la bâtisse se trouve la ligne de chemin de fer qui est en activité jour et nuit ! Les murs et fenêtres étant très mal insonorisés le passage des trains est une gène. A quel moment pour un prix si élevé la direction va agir pour le confort des voyageurs qui recherchent calme et repos ??

Alot of history to the lodge. The staff were very happy and always helpful. The curry dish at the restaurant was excellent. A great spot to watch the trains.

I would not recommend the room above the bar. The building is definitely not sound proof so it is noisy.

Perfect place to stay in Glacier National Park. Don't miss the hot tub and sauna facilities, and definitely try the restaurant, food was superb! And special thanks to Fantasia, she was awesome!

Wir waren nicht im Haupthaus sondern in einem extra Bereich gegenüber. Tolles Zimmer! Abendessen im Restaurant war ok.

Wenn die Güterzüge quasi so fast durchs Zimmer rattern… das ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig aber irgendwie auch urig. Das das Personal es nicht auf die Reihe bekommt die gewünschte Kreditkarte zu belasten fand ich nicht so prickelnd.

The night staff at the front desk and bar area were friendly and accommodating. The historic decor of the railway was pretty neat.

We needed to check out a day early due to a family emergency. There was no manager around to talk to regarding possible reimbursement for last night, Called back and manager too busy to talk (that is what I was told and even though I left my number no return call). I attempted to go through Booking.com but they had to talk to the hotel first and left a message but no results from that attempt either. Even if the answer was no, there should have been a courtesy call/conversation instead of ignoring the situation. I made the mistake of not asking for my check-out invoice to show that I checked out a day early as I did have travel insurance that may have paid for the last night. However, I called the hotel for the invoice and the gal said my portfolio was blank, and had nothing to send me. The hotel also had two separate charges pending on my credit card for approx. $200 each that were not my charges. I was told there was a glitch in the system and eventually that would go away. For over a week after we checked out the charges were still there but did eventually clear. The listing did not disclose a train track was directly behind the property. They did offer earplugs, but that did not drown out the sound completely of the multiple trains that passed by throughout the night. The floors creaked loudly, and the first night the folks above apparently checked in around 1a.m. That creaking noise went on for a long time. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you.

Old historical Izaak Walton lodge. Didnt make clear to us about another 25 dollar resort fee was taken out after we had left. ?
