The staff showed a lack of professionalism, and the overall attitude was quite poor. Shockingly, the owner openly stated that he does not like accepting reservations from locals

This place is a gem in Kandy. Such a lovely lakeside place with a value of money. The host Patty and others were very generous, we had a lovely evening talking and sharing our cultures, food and drinks.We will stay here again.
