This place is a NO go! The staff is one of the worst I have come across in my 10 years plus of travelling. They are fixated over telling you the penalties you'd incurr but not about any facility whatsoever. You have an extra car - 1000 RS extra charge. (okay fine) You've checked out late - even that is half hour - 1000 RS fine (I mean this is a bit too much but okay) You ask for an extra mattress because your bed is broken. They will give it to you with literally no sheet no pillow no cover. - in the morning please pay 1000RS extra. I mean I'm willing to pay extra but at least give me what I need! You ask for water - No water please do panda mart as the whole premise wouldn't have water. The place in itself is nice. They need to change the management or it will not run.

There was no water in some of the toilets. When we arrived they said one of our apartments was not ready due to a toilet issue it would be more than two hours until we get it so we had to cancel the third one. Facilities were poor and every time we asked for assistance the response was poor and slow. Would not recommend this place.

Wanted ironing done and was told 5 mins but no one turned up so told friend to tell them we dont want it done nomore. Other than that great appartment to stay in!

I had one of the worst experiences at The Opus Luxury Residences. From the start, the booking process was a mess—they had no proper payment options, despite knowing most guests are international. My family was left waiting while they insisted on upfront payment. Saba Saleem, the receptionist, was shockingly unprofessional. The location was fine, but the apartment was infested with cockroaches, and when I asked for cleaning, they tried to charge extra! To top it all off, there was no internet for the last three days of my stay. Even after escalating to management, nothing improved. This place has pushed my patience to the limit with its terrible service.

The location was the only thing that was good about this property.

The apartment was handed over to us in filthy conditions. The front desk staff was rude and did not put any effort into welcoming us after a long and tiring travel. No cleaning services were provided. There was no phone in the apartment to contact the management. Very inhospitable and inconsiderate.

Great modern place to stay. At par with international standard.

I booked the place via Booking.com but payment was handled by property, which very hassle as the place doesn't accept credit card or debit card. Only cash or bank transfer. Another thing, I booked for 3 adults, but they only prepare towel & other amenities for 2, need to call them up requesting for another 1 set. Those small basic thing make a lot of different. The rest are great.
