Convenient location

Bedroom set up was not great.

The kitchen utensils were very clean and very modern... Including the iron.

The floor mops in the bathroom were very dirty and smelly.

Apartment was clean, spacious and had everything needed, everything was comfortable. Perfect place to call home away from home. Complex is secure and security at front desk is so nice and helpful

Great location, near shops and parks for those who love running.

Small mishap in that the email with the code for the lockbox did not arrive, But thank you Jani for helping us so quickly.

The person who administers the unit was very rude to me when I reported that I had left the keys with the security desk downstairs. I had tried to phone her earlier to get instructions as to what to do with the keys, because I had been unable to open the keyhole to deposit the keys into the holder, when we checked out. The first time I phoned, the phone just rang. An hour or two later, when I did get hold of her, she rudely said that she was not on duty 24/7, and that I would be charged for lost keys if security denied having received them. I urged her to phone security immediately and she said that she didn't need me to tell her what to do. She didn't even have the courtesy to phone me back to confirm that she was satisfied that security did indeed have the keys as I had stated. All of the personnel on the security gate were diligent, helpful and efficient. The administrator, on the other hand, was not. Natalie
