Close to the venue for the course I was taking

Apartment extremely dirty. Sticky surfaces, smell of old food, dirty blankets, stains on the walls and bathroom tiles, other people's hair everywhere. No couch in the living room, just an old single bed covered with a dirty blanket smelling of old sweat and cigarette smoke.

The apartment has sunshine during most of the day which is really nice. Also lovely to have a seperate bedroom which offers more quiet time and privacy. Has a lovely big workspace suitable for work or studying. Building is very well kept and security are very good and friendly yet professional.

At night it is quiet but during the day it is slight nosier during to being closer to the road. Bute bedrooms are on opposite side so no issue with noise .
