Queen's Cottage Barrowford

The house was very clean, comfy beds and modern bathroom. Clear check-in / checkout instructions. Great local pubs, restaurants, and cafes. Highly recommend a stay!

Just watch your head going up the stairs if over 6ft. We struggled to get parking on the road outside the accommodation. And it's on a very steep hill.

It was close to my family as we were going to a party, near to Barrowford village, shops, park etc Good kitchen, comfortable beds and lounge

Needed some hanging space for wet towels and hooks for coats etc

Good location, owners very kind and offered to help with anything. Very clean house with all amenities we needed. Quiet road we didn’t see or hear anyone! We stayed to visit family for a bereavement so we didn’t visit any local bars or pubs but they looked lovely when driving past! Booths within walking distance for supplies which was great and large park 4 mins away also!

Struggled with gaps in the blinds in bedroom, mainly due to travelling with a baby though wouldn’t bother me if it was just us as a couple.

Beautiful modern kitchen clean only problem I faced was I took our pet who only does her business on grass ok during the day but if we came home later it was an issue for me also parking is horrendous it’s fully used on site also side streets besides those two issues our stay was great

The property was exceptionally clean and smelt so fresh. It had everything we needed. Beds are so comfy

The house was very clean and very well presented.We felt at home as soon as we walked in.There was everything we needed in the cottage for our stay. Donna was in constant touch and made it know she was available if we needed anything.

Can't really say there was anything we didn't like.

Lovely cosy and quite only 5 mins walk to all amenities the cottage had everything we needed 117 bistro bar is a must gorgeous food and cocktails massive portions and reasonably priced only a short walk away from cottage

Lovely 2 bedroomed house with everything provided for a comfortable stay. Location up a hill, which was fine for us but not so good if you have mobility problems. Very close to shops , pubs and restaurants. We had a lovely relaxing break and will definitely book again and probably bring the dog next time.
