"Comfy cosy and clean."

We loved the location and the fresh clean cosy feel. We always usually find something that’s not been cleaned but this place was immaculate. It was so close to Pendle hill and barley, Also convenient for loads of other things too. Booths is a two minute walk which was so so handy. The lounge Could do with a poof for the couch to pop feet on to make more comfy but that’s just personal preference. Parking was great too.

The brown paint in the bathroom! This was my 7 year old son’s observation lol. Our only negative we found was the yard as we now realised our 18month old dog will not wee without grass. The neighbours on the end were extremely loud and when I asked the question it was not known if it was also a holiday rental. We did nearly leave early with it being New Year’s Eve as thought it may have been even louder but we coped. Hopefully this was just noisy guests as I would not want to put anyone staying.

"A cosy cottage with all you need and no parking restrictions."

Only minutes from the motorway. Very well equipped. On arrival and again on leaving we just crossed over with the lady who was cleaning the property. She was both pleasant and helpful.

"Lovely and extremely comfortable stay."

It was old fashioned on the outside but modern on the inside. Beds were extremely comfortable, my Sister would love to know where they were purchased from as she suffers with a bad back and often can’t find a good bed when holidaying but she slept really well. Loved the little touches of the bedtime reading. Everything we needed was there.

Maybe more instructions about the television and parking availability. But it didn’t spoil our stay 😀.
